Congratulations to the WBST
swimmers who swam at the 10 & Under and 11-14 Champs meet.
Will LaDuca (8) swam almost all best times and earned a medal in
the 50 brst 9th place at the 10 & Under meet.
Jonah and Edan swam at the 11-14
Champs also with nearly all best times with Edan getting into
finals in the 100 bk finishing 4th and the 50 bk finishing 7th.
Both Edan and Jonah qualified for the Age-Group Sectional meet
in Seattle at the end of March.
WBST
is a privately run program with a Parent Booster Club helping
in many ways. There is never too much help so please get to know us
and volunteer to help out. The dues are some of the lowest in
Oregon and the Northwest swimming area.
All of our coaches are USA Swimming registered
coaches as well as members of OSI. All coaches have
access to the most comprehensive training and certification program
for youth coaches of any sport in the United States offered by
American Swim Coaches Association. They provide assurances that the
time children spend in swimming will be quality time.
Barracuda Swimming offers a program at the
Woodburn, Silverton, and Molalla swimming pools. Each program
is unique to its surrounding area and offers a program for ages
starting at 4 years of age.
We are constantly growing and training young
swimmers to maintain a well rounded competitive swim team. Thank
